Maybe you haven't heard of us until you visited this website. But chances are you know us as "that BMX company" known mainly for our BMX race, freestyle and dirt jump roots.

Haro isn't a multi-national corporate conglomerate with hundreds of employees. We're just a small Southern California-based company with fewer employees that there are days in the month. Our Mountain bikes aren't riding on the coattails of our road bikes. We have never produced a road bike under the Haro name...we're true to our heritage in the dirt. We aren't trend-following copy cats nor are we afraid to take chances.

Just take a look at our patented Virtual Link suspension technology. We are a brand for people who are aren't afraid to go against the grain and ride something you don't see everyone else riding.

We're just a group of passionate cyclists who take pride in building some darn good mountain bikes. Our

bikes are designed by riders, for riders. However, if
the nagging question still remains about what a BMX company knows about making mountain bikes, you owe it to yourself to take a closer look. BMX races are brutally short and the courses are punishing. Same goes for a BMX freestyle parks and dirt jumps.

A winning BMX bike needs to maximize traction, harness every ounce of pedaling effort, and be strong enough to survive the big hits but light enough not to be a drag. Sounds a lot like what you want in a mountain bike, right? Much of the same technology that we have put into creating the world's best BMX bikes for over 25 years is being put into creating world class mountain bikes.

Whether you live for the weekend race, ride to dust your buddies on the local trails, or just need a rugged dependable way to get around, Haro has a bike built for the way you ride.
