Busy, busy, busy
05.02.08 -- By Nyquist

So I\'ve been a regular fixture at the airport these days. Traveling every weekend in April except for this upcoming one. My most recent trips were to Northern California to visit my family and ride with some old friends. And just yesterday I got back from a trip to Sioux Falls, South Dakota to visit some Haro Dealers from Sheelz. It was a quick trip, but fun non-the-less.

I did a halftime show last week for a charity basketball game. The Box jump set-up was donated by Keith King and I rode with Jeremy Fanberg and Mike Laird during the show. I really enjoy doing shows with these guys. Even though we live in the same town, we rarely get to ride together due to opposite schedules and traveling. So I was pretty excited to be able to ride with them, even though it was just for a few minutes.

I have Elevation coming up in a little more than a week. That will be an epic event. It always is. It takes place in Guadalajara, Mexico this year, so it will be an all new place with an all new course.

Today I\'m meeting up with filmer Will Stroud to shoot some interviews and riding for Fuel\'s 2008 Dew Tour Preview Show. Should be fun.

On a much more sad note, my dog Shorty had a very nasty cut on her head/ear that she won\'t stop scratching. She keeps scratching off the scab and making it worse so I had to throw the lampshade on her this morning. She hates it, but it\'s for her own good. I\'m sorry Shorty!!!!

I guess that\'s all I got for now. Enjoy the pictures!

Ryan
