Broken rear frame/triangle

Hi I bought the Bailey back in 8/20 brand new from Haro authorized dealer here in San Diego. It’s a 2021 Shift R7 Well the bike was great did few upgrades on it better form better rear shock better brakes so basically what comes on Shift R9. Now in December 2020 the rear frame/triangle snapped. Took it back to the shop I got it they said they never sow one like this. They submitted the warranty. Well first week of January 2021 shop called saying oh they can’t find me in the system ok no problem here is the invoice they like oh ok. Oh wait we found it. ???????. Well here we are it’s 1/11/21 called the shop they gave me some BS oh it’s a waiting game everything is backed up and so on and so on. I asked well is this what Haro saying or u he said oh me. I said ok thanks. Now I called Haro no response left bunch of messages nothing. Finally got in touch with the operator told her what was going on she put me on hold said she is going to see what’s going on. Came back saying I have to go through the shop I told her I have and I can’t get anywhere with them. She said someone will contact me today. Like I said I love the bike had fun with it I’m hopping it just a bad part which happens. Also the shop said I have to pay for any labor which I don’t see why since I got the bike from them and it’s not my folt. I love the bike I just one it back like in one peace like I said it’s only a 7 month old bike. And I’m the original owner. I will update this once it’s resolved

Broken Frame = New Mtn Bike. Nice Upgrade

Honestly, the reason why I bought this bike because it was the only extra-large mountain bike in Western North Carolina. The price was decent and the ride is awesome. Rolls very nice in the rocks and roots I got this because my other mountain bike (27.5)I won't mention the manufacturer, the frame broke in two places going down a single track trail. It is being replaced by the manufacturer but I needed a bike and I needed one fast. I'm very surprised and impressed with the components and the ride for the price. The only upgrade I did was get new tires and made them tubeless.
