These 48 hole wheels come with a super high quality chrome with water transfer decals applied. Sealed bearing hubs, 3/8 axle and the rear hub having thread to fit a screw on freewheel.     As soon as I open these I knew I love them. These rims are so awesome. I bought him because I love the hp 48s. But these rims are awesome by themselves. So glad I got them.
