Just about everyone these days is running a Mid BB set up. Just make sure that you know what inner diameter you need when you’re shopping for new bearings. Most cranks still have 19mm spindles, which means you can use a 19mm BB, but if you’ve upgraded to something like our Mike Gray signature Premium Trestle cranks, you’ll want to make sure you’re getting the 24mm BB that works with the 24mm hollow heat-treated spindle.
